I've been a SYNC Member since Jan 2019 and I'm ready to start training​ ​you​ ​to the beat in my STRONG Nation® classes!​ ​STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.​ Click on the image to the left to learn more, and to view my class schedule.

View (and DO!) the 20-minute demo video below! But keep in mine - the moves in the demo are all progressions. This class is can be modified for ALL fitness levels!

Core Blast Gravity uses the Gravity Training System to incorporate body weight with Pilates moves and more for a total-body workout. Give me 45 minutes, and I'll give you a feeling of accomplishment to take with you the rest of the day!

Barre - It's not just for ballerinas! Trim and tone your arms, legs, and glutes, and improve balance, posture, and flexibility all in this low-impact class set to fun, upbeat music! I have a background in ballet, jazz, and tap, and I incorporate that experience into this 45-minutes of fun! Come ready to sweat, but leave feeling accomplished!
